OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Sunseeker Society, also referred to in these terms as ”we” or “us”.

By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.


  1. Membership 

    1. By signing up, you confirm that you are over 18 and all information provided is accurate and complete.

    2. You agree to keep your account information up‑to‑date.

    3. Membership is for personal use only and may not be transferred to another person.

    4. You agree to pay the membership fee for your chosen plan monthly.

    5. You may cancel your membership at any time via the link in each email.


  1. Newsletters and Email Notifications

    1. By becoming a member, you consent to receiving newsletters and notifications via email.

    2. You may unsubscribe from receiving emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.

    3. Transactional or service‑related emails may still be sent as part of your membership.


  1. Prize Draw Participation

    1. Members may be eligible to participate in prize draws 48 hours after subscribing

    2. Eligibility requirements, entry deadlines, and prize details will be explained for each draw.

    3. Tickets for the prize draw may only be purchased via this website.

    4. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any prize draw at any time. This includes:

      1. amending entry fees

      2. extending the closing date by up to 3 months

      3. cancelling the draw for reasons beyond our control (e.g. travel advisories, emergencies)

    5. All entries are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, see 3.4.3 for exceptions.

    6. The winning participant will be contacted within 5 working days.

      1. If the winning participant cannot be reached, we reserve the right to redraw after 48 hours.

    7. We agree to send the winning participant multiple travel dates to choose from.

      1. Date options are determined by price and availability set by our travel partners

      2. Date of travel must fall within 12 months of the prize draw.

    8. Each participant agrees that the 30-day delivery requirement in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 does not apply to this transaction.

    9. We agree to finalise the booking details for the prize within 30 days of the draw.

    10. The winning participant agrees to provide a copy of government issued ID to confirm their identity, eligibility, and that their purchase was legitimate.

    11. The winning participant agrees to media coverage for use in marketing and website, including but not limited to:

      1. a written statement,

      2. a written review,

      3. a photo, and/or

      4. a video recording


  1. Donations 

    1. As a user of this website, you may choose to make voluntary donations to support our social‑impact initiatives.

    2. Donations are non‑refundable unless required by law.

    3. Donation amounts and allocation details will be clearly stated at the time of giving.

    4. We reserve the right to audit donations to verify validity before accepting funds.

    5. You understand that tax relief schemes such as Gift Aid are not applicable to donations to non-profit community interest companies.


  1. Use of Website and Services

    1. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activities.

    2. All content on the website, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the company and may not be reproduced without permission.


  1. Privacy and Data Protection

    1. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data‑protection laws.

    2. Details on how data is collected, used, and stored are provided in our Privacy Policy.

    3. By using our site, you consent to such processing.


  1. Limitation of Liability

      2.  technical issues,

      3. events outside our control.

    3. Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

    1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdiction in which the company is registered.

    2. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
