What’s included in the membership?
All plans include monthly newsletters and the opportunity to play in the prize draw as standard. There are more benefits included with Travel Insider, and Ultimate Experience plans. You can view full details here.
How often will I get sent deals and offers?
Emails with flight deals and offers are sent to Sunseekers with the Travel Insider and Ultimate Experience plans.
Our team find all of the deals available and send them out ASAP, so this means you could receive communications as often as multiple times a week. We try to collate them to avoid bombarding your inbox, but timing is key.
How is Sunseeker Society different to other flight clubs?
- We have membership plans that provide more than just flights; you can set your interests and preferences to filter out unwanted emails, receive expert tips, travel itineraries, and win holidays.
- Flight clubs are often highly automated and inaccurate, meaning the prices they promote are often unavailable - we know, we've tried them. Our approach is to find more than just the unattainable error fare. Through our team, tech and partners, we're sourcing deals that you can follow through with.
There are lots of raffles and competitions out there - how can I trust this is real?
- We are a registered non-profit company so we are bound by strict regulations.
- We are very transparent about the process - you can see how it works in the Terms & Conditions.
- Winners are encouraged to leave a genuine review and we list the names and dates of winners online.
- We use trusted payment providers so you can rest assured your ticket purchase is processed safely and securely.
- Prize draws are not open to the general public - it's a member's only perk
- Prize draws are only operated from this website and advertised directly through our Instagram. If you see it elsewhere, please let the team know.
How are winners of the draw chosen?
Each member is given a unique entry code. This is sent to you in your order confirmation. We use an automated system that selects an entry code at random to determine a winner. Winners are then contacted via email to announce the news.
What happens if I win a prize draw?
We’ll send you a winning announcement email with all of the steps to get you on that plane. We handle the booking process and have all of the details sent to the contact details you provide.
Who can I contact about my booking?
Once the booking is complete you will be able to manage the details with each of the travel partners independently. If there are any issues, contact us and the team will help.
How can I support Sunseeker Society projects?
- Spread the word! Tell your friends, their friends, and your colleagues. The bigger the travel club gets, the more impact we’ll have.
- As a non-profit, we are able to accept donations towards sustaining Sunseeker Society and it’s projects. Donations can be made here. Please note, there are no tax relief schemes such as Gift Aid available for these deposits.
